I see things in my life not as fixed or rigid.

I see things in my life as potential - energy longing to be transformed, places in my being that have yet to open.

I honor the power of transformation, that this is an art. An art I am learning, a skill I am cultivating.

I see fears, doubts, shadows, insecurities, as potential. Potential energy waiting to be transformed.

I see transformation as a part of my spiritual practice. A part of my daily art.

I can transform the energy of a heavy mood. I can transform a moment of fear into possibility, into love.

I see myself as a divine alchemist, a student of energy and life.
