Today, I challenge my dissatisfaction.
I look at my life and I consider: “Do I have a habit of constantly being dissatisfied? Of never thinking I have enough? Of always wanting more?”
Today, I look to what I do have, instead of what I don’t.
I challenge my constant dissatisfaction towards my body, my appearance, my finances, my partner, my home, my job, my family…
Today, I remind myself what I do have, what abundance is around me.
When my mind slips into the shadow of dissatisfaction, I pause, I take a breath, and I challenge that voice, by bringing forward what I am satisfied with.
Today, I challenge my dissatisfaction, paving the way for a life that I feel satisfied with.
