Today, I take a deep breath before I speak.
I feel my belly, I feel my body, I feel my heart… I make sure that each word that I speak comes from deep within me. Not from stories or fear in my mental body, but from my deep, embodied sense of wholeness.
I feel the warmth in my heart before I speak.
I feel the softness in my belly before I speak.
I notice what is true.
Today, I breathe before I speak.
I don’t rush or let myself get caught up in urgency.
I slow down, I anchor in my breath, and I breathe before I speak, trusting that when my words are rooted and connected to the depth of my being, they will ring true.
