Morning Invocation

Today, I invest in me.

Today, I invest in me.

I see my time here on this earth as an investment in my soul.

Each moment that I have is precious. I know this because I do not know when it is that I will leave this earth.

I invest in me by being present to my life.

I invest in me by treating myself kindly.

I invest in me by caring for my physical body.

I invest in me by breathing deeply.

I trust that investing in me is investing in the world around me.

As I show up more whole, more present, more embodied, I'm able to support this world in ways I couldn't even imagine.

When I show up depleted, empty, in lack, I am unable to love and to be of service in this world.

So I invest in me by taking care of myself in so many ways, by loving myself, by feeding myself, and by honoring myself every day.
