Morning Invocation

Today, I embody joy.

Today, I embody joy. I am not afraid of joy.

Joy that is sourced from the bottom of my being. Sourced from the colors and flowers, sourced from beautiful instruments and sounds of children laughing.

Today, I embody joy.

I find moments where joy starts to dawn in my heart, and I allow myself to surrender back into the ocean of that joy.

Today, I let myself have the pleasure of feeling joy, of embodying joy, of being silly… of tickling myself open. Of tickling those around me with my words, with my presence, with funny dance moves, with sounds that I make, with singing instead of speaking, with a love note left in someone’s bag.

Today, I have fun. I bring the playful spirit that I know I have, out into the world.

I see that my joy is a gift. I see that my joy is an extension of the Divine.

Today, I look for opportunities to embody joy. To bring joy forward, so that it lights up my heart and the hearts of those around me.
