Today, I source from love.

Today, I source from love.

I make the conscious choice: “Where do I source my energy from today? Where do I pull from? What pool inside of me can I access from?”

Today, I source from love.

I notice if I begin to source from opinions, ideas, former situations and experiences in my life… I learn how to stop and discern: “Hm, where do I wish to source from today?”

And instead of sourcing from judgment, or past hurts, or fear, or opinion, I source from love. A love that is discerning, a love that is fierce, a love that is compassionate, a love that can hold all the grief, the rage, the pain, the hope, the ecstasy… all of it.

I source from this pool of love, instead of sourcing from the fear that contracts my spirit.

As I source from the depths of my own love, I empower those around me to do so as well.
