Today, I loosen the grip.
I loosen my grip on my life.
I loosen my grip on my schedule.
I loosen my grip on all aspects of my being that I am seeking to control with tightness and rigidity.
Today I take a deeper breath, and I remind myself that it's okay to let go.
It's okay to not be in control of every moment of my life.
It's okay to not be in control around food, scheduling, and whether my house is clean or not.
Today, I remind myself that my external actions and my external desire for control are simply a mirror of something deeper inside me.
Today, as I loosen the grip on everything in my external world, I loosen the grip inside.
I let my emotions be softer.
I let my approach to my day be softer and gentler and have a little bit more space and a little bit more breath without dropping all of the structure in my life.
I simply invite in an air, an element of spaciousness, flexibility, and loosening.
Today, I loosen my grip.
