Today, I see my beauty as timeless, infinite, and perfectly unique.

Today, I see my beauty as timeless, infinite, and perfectly unique.

I throw away any beauty standards that I have taken in, in this lifetime. Instead of looking to television, and magazines, and celebrities, I look to nature… I look to trees and flowers and the ocean. I look to elders. I look to the sky.

Today, I remember that my beauty was given to me from nature, perfectly.

A piece of art created by Divine Mother, by the cosmic full source that makes no mistakes.

Today, I trust that my body and my beauty is more than enough.

I let go of any beauty standards that have stuck to me like dried barnacles.

I release any old, archaic beauty standards outdated, creating pain and suffering in my body.

When I look in the mirror, I see the Divine. I see a perfect work of art.

Today, I see my beauty as perfectly unique, timeless, infinite, and created by the most potent creator of all.
