Sitting on the toilet while I have a moment to myself while my babe still sleeps and the tears are streaming down my face while reading this. I have been so lonely yet so full of love and thank you so much for making me feel seen and talking about how both can exist at the same time and to allow loneliness as an invitation for connection. Really really touched by this one. I really needed it. Big big love to you❤️
