Such a beautiful, poised reflection and gives me a lot to consider in my own path. I think there are many ways in which we lionize digging and excavating as the "better" "harder" thing but it's true it has to end, or it becomes a distraction and addiction just the same. Also loved this "Sometimes I pray in the mornings to the hearts I hurt in my own pain."

"I’m rooting, settling into nourishing soil, and not making a mess climbing to the bottom and disrupting the little seedlings that are spreading their roots and budding into beautiful colors." -- Appreciating the deeper parts...tending to top layers..Trusting they both have their own wisdom!

This really make me stop and feel into the parts i've excavated and allowed it's little seedlings to sprout 🪴

I am in the excavation. I am exhausted, lonely, the hunger is full throttle. Thank you for your words, and making me feel less alone.
